Dirts decadence trening blast

I’m old. My woke up this morning and my back is seized up I’m making it through work but didn’t do
Gym I think I may have to up my taurine intake from 2000 to 4000 split and see if that helps. It honestly feels like I got back pumps from how I slept
 
Normal in once I’m moving it’s fine but not today it seems I have to reach out for everything I do at work supposed to do dead’s tomorrow but May do my chest day and dead’s on Wednesday
 
So the continue disrespect of my sleep schedule boiled over. This morning and

Back extensions 3x8 -135 they fixed it so it no longer wobbles which is nice but I don’t have to stabilize a much

So a person I know from osu message board, probably the embodiment of everything I hate about the left, car was hit by a train yesterday. Luckily they weren’t in car they cot their Prius stuck on tracks somehow and got out before hand. Even with not liking anything about him would have felt bad to find his wife and he died from accident.

He and his wife are so stupid they tried to push the car off tracks if it’s stuck and yoh can’t drive they aids having asses can’t move it. Luckily for them a convenient store clerk told them to move away from car ans called 911 for them
 
I don’t know man but I know I’m lacking energy for leg day pussed out in rep 6 of second set so we are doig three sets of squats today

Rows machine kid back 3x8-210 order me more of the stuff I make today I’ve def noticed difference in joints and well pushing it heavy will be good to have some help
Also onlh 3 more weeks of using stiff bar once it’s lower reps and no straps wil be using bar like I wil in comp
