For 645 for 3 on the squats I just feel I’m going to crush that and 515 on bench I’m going to try and just let the technique go and trust the changes in position wil kept butt down if I’m tight all the way through lift in stead of tryingto throw bar off chest with legs
 
I should sayy belief on all the wraps and what not is going as long as possible with out using them. Maybe not being able to do a lift cuaae it hurts a little is signed to build up that area befor goig. Higher. It seems a lot of the guys who blow quads are using wraps and what not allowing them to lift heavier than they should be.

Bench shirts and wrist wraps left the elbows as the weak link.

Wrapping knees left everything open for injuries

Squat suit and knee wraps left quads exposed.
 
I was a big fan of stan efferding and KK… not equipped lifting. Might have wrapped with a belt but those dudes trained hard!

Well almost got 645 for triple on squat half way up my stye burst so I dumped bar off front. Did get 505 on bench so we are doing it right. I will hit 685 on squat next week then 700 in comp
 
Ment has been Greta’s I got two more weeks then it’s small blast tiem for me I’ll probably do deca during holidays
 
Yeah I loved it last time I tried it for a couple weeks, responded really well I wanted to see if the myostatin thing is bullshit or worth adding into cycles so I’m trying it out to compare the growth
 
If I’m being his best I think myostatin inhibitors are probably ba unless you spend and ass load. Like most igf.
 
It’s purely out of curiosity I like to try new stuff as well, I’ve heard a lot of good things about injectable yk-11 but there’s a lot we don’t really know about it either so I haven’t made my choice yet
