The best part is I can pull hands In a little tighter than I do at gym so I can actualy get my back as tight as possible. That’s the biggest issue when I goheavy at home gym
Up and at it. Did my whole wake every few hours so decided at 5 juat to get up shower will dog first shots of slower releasing stuff at 6 then go down eat break fast and do the faster acting like tne ans mtrn at around 7 pack uo and head to gym
