Going to skip a meal
Today to try and get better sleep I’ve eaten so my CT the past couple days and need to clear out the system and give it break. My cheat days are less food ahah
Lack of sleep really shows on dead’s. Trying to get moving here but energy is low have 675 in if I get it we doing trying 725 for triple. Bar isn’t moving but I can try and grind some out.

Dead dead’s. 675 for triple then failed at 725. Bad goal went for it even though I knew it wasn’t there. Today was first time I felt pain in forearms in forever need some recovery
Hi bar pin squats. Tol set 495x5 other powerlifter that won overall at least meet came up and told me those look like they sucked. But also complimented that if that’s an off day I’m doing pretty good
45 degree raises 3x10-42kg
Yeah I’m not much of screamer during lifts but these pins were right below depth and man it was struggle each rep. Nice thing with squats is you fail and it’s easier to rerack weights
Almost went and did biceps today but need the time away from gym and recover. It’s just so hard to take days off even when I’m tired I feel I need to be doing somethjng
Not really I have good leverages. Honesty shorter guys usually have the stubby arms and small hands so dead’s can be difficult for them the heaviest dead recorded was done by a guy 6’9” after all
