Ok todays adventures in getting better bench technique to actually push real weight is im pulling feet back more in hopes this will help
With drive and but make the ass stay down btter. Also just get a tighter feel. One they i noticed with the record poppy posted is how he pulled his feet back. I’m not going to tow pick but get to wear I feel tension while flat
