Using different rack today so I’m facing mirror, boo. But I have good way of knowing depth when arms hit safety bars I’m there
 
Am alone today with Daisy waiting for new pup to come. I enjoy being alone sometimes but I would go nuts if it was all the time.

It sucks my ex used a burner account to follow me
On Instagram and yesterday she messaged my friend some off the wall shit. I know it was her she tried to deny it but she was just trying to get me to talk to her and I guess it worked. She has a new bf of course but by the end of convo she wanted me to come over for sex today. Proud I actualy turned it down and told her. I’d rather not ruin her new relationship and just let her try and be happy with new guy. First time I’ve turned down sex while on cycle haha

Squats 1x4 555 almost oasssed out for it 3 reps second attempt
Bench 2x5-435,445 to comp standards each rep
Back extensions 3x12 295 on machine will use the 45 degree raise going forward
WSTriceps 3x8-55
Can see the belly fat is up a little

I need to strengthen lower back more and it should do the trick. I just say the pumps on ment are crazy. Im not even hitting high reps and my shit is just filling
 
I can do that high bar but low bar my arms get I. Way with wide grip

I can see where a mono would be better for you big guys

Deadlift slippers arrived. Doing back today May test them out even though my heavy day is Friday. I could do the heavy day today and then just do light work on Friday and have nice 4 day weekend of recovery
 
Wearing tank and man I can see the difference from being off tren just don’t seem as tight
