I believe that in this case it could be that simple very easily but we take everything seriously. Once @Goldenlabs lets us know that everything is good I will change him right back.

All ok and all shiped this time of the year post is so slow and if somebody will not get the order and will have costums papers we will 100% refund till the last dolar or evro i was offline becouse i have had family tragedy and yes belive us we are not scamers…

We don’t believe that you are scammers you passed verification process we just get worried when communication stops but this time of year its completely understandably.

I still have not heard back from them at all so don’t even know if they even shipped my pack. M I am going to count this one as a loss as of now. I know this time a year can be slow but no communication in almost a month after payment sent is pathetic.

Until this is cleared up @Goldenlabs stays on DNO. Please fellas let me know if things change because this is extremely disappointing considering that they were just verified and are already having issues.
@Goldenlabs you told me yesterday that there were no issues. You need to contact these members and until they post that everything is ok you have to stay on DNO. No communication and no shipping information isn’t a good start. We would like to have you around for awhile but we don’t allow things like this to happen at ugmuscle we hold our sponsors to the highest standards.

I made payment , confirmed address and that’s the last I heard. I waited a week or so after not hearing from him so I sent him an email with no response.
