Leg day :

Stiff leg deadlift
Leg curl
Glute press
Leg press
Leg extension
Seat calf
Cardio :biking_man:

Last day for clean, break two weeks or maybe im done with clean 🥴 i dont know yet .
Today add one more meal between meal one and two , this is like second post workout meal 😁

When you make it let me know how so i will try also, i know how make muffins but dont know how make bars ( please some easy recipe)

The funny thing is my order was on the time, looks like i have to buy some supps 🙃 , or maybe all customers got that massage, still good deal 45%
