That meme perfectly describes all my rest days hard not to go and workout something. I just get so use to working out 5 to 6 days a week and when I’m on rest I feel like I gotta do something.
Is banging your o’lady cardio? Cuz if it is I do cardio every weekend in the morning then the evening. Sometimes during the weekdays. Or rubbing one out cardio? Well then I’m a cardio fool.
You know I used to follow a strict routine but now I find that I train on how I feel. I usually go 5am. But if I wake up one day and think I should rest more then I’ll go with that and take a day off everything. If I had to give an average I would say 4-5 days lifting, 2-3 days cardio/rest per week.
