Cereal texas double whopper chicken rice probably pb sandwich and protein shake. Lifting was shitty push day
 
You crack me up with the Girl Grub. Scrambled eggs and fried potatoes for breakfast. Chocolate milk and honey buns. Chicken, fried rice and sweet carrots. Mass gainer shake with frozen banana and scoop of peanut butter. New York strip, cheddar biscuits, and stuffing for dinner. Another shake before lower strength.

Looks like my fifth meal Today will be Groucho’s stop dipper it’s a Sandwich with roast beef turkey Swiss bacon pieces and then dipping sauce liek thousand island

No training for me. Meals were beef, broccoli and rice. Grilled chicken on wraps. Egg whites and oatmeal.
