The fish is the reason? I can’t believe that they can’t figure out a way to let the fish go by or around I mean im not that smart but shouldn’t there be a net stopping humans and fish or animals from going through the turbines?
I would imagine that they would just cut another river around the dam for the fish and wildlife only allowing the water to pass.

You can sell back the excess power to a provider and they then resell to those without solar

I have seen the tax credit but how does this actually work do you have a box monitoring how much power you supply them and they subtract from your bill or is it done differently?
Ive been curious about this for awhile

Its the black brick I believe that its pumice same thing that they use in the restaurant.
I looked at those before and I have a griddle I use as a flat top but that would be great to add to the collection but I gotta get a smoker first but that’s a cool grill.

When you do solar for say your house you also have to upgrade your electrical meter. It can tell if you are generating more then you use if such a thing is possible. How they pay you? I’m not sure though

Yeah I will be honest the tax credit is real but producing enough to sell back and make money I don’t know if I believe that’s really happening unless you really create alot or don’t use any really

I’ve read numerous times where the elect company will buy back anything you make and there are some that we’re selling a substantial amount back until the elect co said nah…we’re only going to give you 10% of what we agreed to. If you don’t like it…who cares.

The grid can’t store so if there’s more supply then demand then someone is going to get screwed. My place bids out day to day what the grid wants us to produce and pays accordingly. So if we bid to generate 250 megawatts an hour and there’s more electricity then needed they can reduce our output but they still have to pay us what we bid. This would be how home owners would get screwed.

It’s called a smart meter. They were developed by the electric companies. They provided real time kWh usages numbers and allow to be read remotely and instantly meter readers became a thing of the past. Well, there set up to record energy going back into the grid also which is a major selling point for solar. Green mountain, and a few others, buy back that power dollar for dollar and if the you switch providers every year the cut you a check. This gets the government out of having to build or maintain power stations which we know are shit for the environment but also because of the subsidies the USA has invested in green power gives them a stake of in clean, solar power

Just had hearing to modify bond conditions. Went from no contact to no violent contact and am allowed back home for first time in a month.

State didn’t want to allow. They didn’t want to take “any chances”. But after judge heard my wife and lawyer talk he said he couldn’t justify not allowing me back home to be with wife and son who need me. Thanks judge!!!

Dogs went ape shit when they saw me for first time.
