That was said about Norm Abrams (woodworking god). He wouldn’t start any project until he had the absolute finished product completely clear in his head.
So with my Drs visit. What exactly should I tell them as far as what I am getting tested? You gave me a list which I still have but do I just rattle it off to the doc or tell him I just want a physical and total hormone panel done?
After a few days of counting macros I’ve quickly realized that it’s all fun and games until I log in my workout. Good lord talk about setting you back. Definitely going to look into a mass gainer to help hit my target everyday.
Ha! Yea it’s a different kind of struggle. I can see how it would get easier the more you familiarize yourself with the proper foods, learning your body and just getting in the habit of it all. Do you add in your steps for the day or leave them out? I know it’s probably all relative to the goal but I’m not wanting to see the deduction lol
Mister @Jdubs …I do not add in my steps or exercise.
Short story. I’m getting ready to turn 61 soon. I can walk around at 220ish and be at 240 in no time. But due to health reasons (diabetes being first) I need to keep my bw down close to 200…currently at ~206. My diet would make you very angry haha. I survive on ~150g of carbs a day.
If I don’t add them in it will be a lot easier to hit my target. Wasn’t sure how that affected the end goal but I can already tell that fat and carbs is what I need to add more of. Yup. I think I could hit 150g of carbs easier than the 223 it’s saying I need to consume. It’s just a new challenge though and I’m looking forward to seeing what progress can be made by getting my nutrition 100% in line
@Jdubs in case you don’t know @Kad1 has “super powers” that very few people possess.
Good example though. @kad stays at high single digits bf walking around and drops down for stage. I intake the about the same amount of carbs and am trying to get sub 15% bf.
