Correction. I was looking at it wrong apparently. My carb intake should be 427 according to the app. I’m. Not sure what I was looking at earlier. Still getting familiar with that app.
 
427 carbs / 114 fat / 171 protein. Today I came in 40g over on protein , 70g short on fat and a 100 short on carbs. I’m quickly seeing why I’ve been stuck. Only the third day of seriously tracking my macros so I’ll make adjustments but definitely would appreciate any advice on how to pick up some fats and carbs. @Kad1 Any foods you would recommend to pick up some carbs
 
Oatmeal in your post workout shake, bagels, pasta, snack on pretzels
 
I get one slice of (expensive) whole grain bread and sop up a tbsp of olive oil about 5 days a week.

Actually very tasty
 
20 years ago when I was on my march to 242… large pizzas with olive oil drizzled over it was a regular supper.
 
So it won’t let me upload the pic of the test but it’s the “ultimate male anti aging panel” from private md labs. Either from quest or lab Corp
 
So last week I had a bit of a set back with my dr appointment due to suddenly moving for work and have decided to go through private md labs. Due to my ignorance and the many options I’m a bit confused as to which test I am needing. This is the one I’m thinking I need but not sure and there are two different labs with a major price difference between the two. Is one lab that much better than the other? Is this test appropriate for the beginning of my journey or is it not necessary or lacking something? Thank you in advance for your time and information.
 
Quest will be fine. They are always much cheaper.

The one you are looking at lacks free testosterone. We want to know that.
There should be an Ultimate anti aging with free test as well, and I think it’s usually an extra $30 or something like that.

This will provide a great base. The only thing it looks like it lacks is prolactin. Which can always be added on if you want.

I use quest. They are much cheaper and easily accessible.
