This will be the official thread for our Spring Contest.
Time frame: Contest will run from March 15 2025 and ends on July 15, 2025. You may start at any time but your submission is limited to 12 weeks from start to finish and all submissions end on July 15, 2025.
Each contestant posts in this thread with mandatory weekly progress with newspaper or phone date present.
Each contestant will start own log, post 3 times per week and link the log in their posts in main thread or place in signature.
Additional points will be awarded for updated posts, activity and referrals.
1st place winner is chosen by a panel of judges. Prize gets $500 in Bitcoin. $400 in store credit from Naps. $300 in store credit from Savage
2nd place winner is chosen by board popular vote. Prize gets a $300 credit from Purity Source Labs from their international warehouse. No HGH, check with sponsor for details. Additional prize of $300 in store credit from Naps.
Referral Contest will be based on referrals to the board from March 15 to July 15. Referrals must be active posting or engaging. The system will be in place to track referrals. If any issues please message @TG . Prize will be a $250 Platinum Pharmaceuticals sponsor credit.
If you are competing in the transformation contest you may also win the referral contest.
The contest is open to members, staff, reps. Judges will be staff and IFBB Pro Members.

I still have about 4 more weeks of cutting before reversing out. If I have at least 8 weeks of contest left when this cut is over I’ll join, otherwise I’ll watch from the sidelines. Very exciting contests, looking forward to who all will be jumping on this. Goodluck to everyone.
I’m even more excited now that this diet is coming to an end.
