No training today

Yesterday was no holds barred eating… fried chicken…hush puppies… big adult sized cupcakes and mucho birthday cake…

Today

Oats n whites and peanuts… so far. Going to keep a lid on it for today. Get back at it tomorrow. Eating and training wise.
 
Idk yet I’ve been a garbage disposal lately lol Rest day today legs and upper body have been annihilated from last week haha will be taking my daughter on a walk and get an ice cream to spend a little father daughter time because she needs it. The other kids require a lot of attention. Let get it guys and make it happen today and tell the ones you care about that you love them. Live is short and everyday we wake up is a second chance and a blessing.

Egg whites, sour dough, sausages… bench today for reps, yesterday was speed work deadlifts. Need to log. Thankfully the Hawkeyes won, otherwise the day would’ve been a shit show, weed eater took a shit on me, had an epic meltdown in my driveway because of it too, not good.
