Good morning everyone,diet and training time tuesday

Egg sandwich. Took some carbs in today. Something fucked up my stomach last night and back and forth to bathroom. So probably easy day with cardio and abs only.
 
You eating frozen cheese steaks?

I’ve been kinda stressed lately not eating as much. Probably start of the day with some hb eggs, I got some frozen breakfast 1 burrito 10g a protein and the 1egg 6g. Probably eat 6eggs and 2 burritos.

Just ate breakfast. Black Forrest ham on sour dough with tomatoe and famous Dave’s pickles, Habenero Cheese, Mayo and Mustard. I’ll eat my eggs later, then chicken beans rice and corn. Been in a really shitty mood lately, a lot of no fucks given days. Need to update my training log, that’s been the one good thing going on lately
 
Had egg whites and 1 egg, yogurt with blueberries, and english muffin with egg and canadian bacon. Then hit some chest and tris

This morning consisted of Honey mixed with turmeric and ginger as well as sea moss infused with dragon fruit
