Good morning,what are we training and what's our in our diet today?

Breakfast was, 1 can a tuna, vanilla protein shake, banana,2 chobani yougurts,coffee,water.
I did tris, and will do them again later.Appreciate the small things throughout your day, tell wife,kids,whoever,you love them,be thankful you woke up,thank a Veteran if you know any,and I dont mean myself.I appreciate everyones participation.
 
And I take back doin tris again later, I did them yesterday, once, but half assed it, so I felt the need to do them again this morning,so later I will do forearms.
 
No breakfast yet. At work til 11 then gonna hit chest… been in a funk the last week and don’t even know why. Lifes good so no reasoning for it. placed first in my testing for the laborers union last Thursday as well! Don’t know why my fucking depression came back. Been good for over a year🤦🏼
 
Thats Kool brother I was in the laborers union for about 10 years. Worked mining tunnels and sewer rehabilitation. Best money I ever made. Im right there with you bro I’ve been in a funk myself but me and the lady aren’t getting along. We just got to get through today lol gratitude is a good way to combat the funk

Just off to a late start today. I don’t have to work so I slept a little later then I wanted too. Probably will end up drinking some egg whites and eating a banana before I lift.
 
Protein shake with 6 egg whites. A plethora of supplements a banana and cup of coffee. At 0900 I will have a egg sandwich and another protein shake. Got my granddaughter here l, she spent the weekend with us and I annoyed her a bit. She will be 5 in a month and a half. I’m still trying to find the mute button on her. 😂🤣😂. That youngin LOVES to talk. A lot. Non stop. 😂 But I still love her so. :smiling_face_with_three_hearts:
Oh. And it’s ICD Monday. Been doing that for ever. 😉
 
246 g egg whites, 2 whole eggs, 2 un cured bacon, flour tortillas. I hate my fucking job, decided last night I don’t want to do this any more and I want to open a BBQ restaurant. Smoke meat, smoke weed and work out.

Top picture, top rack is Honey Chipotle rub, bottom rack is Pecan/Brown Sugar. Smoked them in a combination of post oak briquette’s, and chunks of Pecan, Apple and Hickory.
Bottom picture, the darker colored rack is Honey Chipotle

Haven’t been to the gym in months, about to pick it back up starting today. This was due to injury not sure how it will go I’m hoping the shoulder will hold up, if not might be looking at surgery.
