I read your log every post brother I don’t know I want to be honest it seems like you have dropped back on you wanting to reach certain goals.

Keep putting one foot in front of the other and you will end up there just don’t ever stop.

Keep killing it hit me up anytime brother
 
It seems and u are right…not intentional…i know i have to get back to that level i was doing it. I know there were some that thought i was doing too much and not eating enough…there was truth to every advice i got. And much appreciated because they all help me put things in perspective. I am trying to find a medium. I do know how my mind and body seems to work…and i am that way all across the board…either go big or dont go at all…it appears i have to work in huge volume to get results

But thats where u guys experience comes in to help me realize that diet is everything and to trust that…because for soo many years i looked as food as the enemy and the reason i gained so much and not just food…just eating and amounts if time…to eat 6 times…just drives me crazy and i fear it i usually eat onxe…maybe twice a day…sometimes my first meal would be 3 pm…i have gone whole days without eating…

Just crazy stuff…

So again…i fell off ate stuff blew up…but not as big because the whole time you guys were on my mind and expectations and i didn’t want to let u guys down as one and also myself because i know how vital to be fit is for me…

Its always been the core me…

People would see me out and think oh …that fat ass…dudes i go to the gym and would reach out or hope to get in and train with them declined me because i didnt look the part… and only if they knew i could actually train them lol!! …And that i have my own gym…how much i love fitness.

I have done tons of info…all kinds of research…done diets…soo many…even crazy ones i came up with.

But soo much info becomes extremely noisy and confusing…so i need focus…i never had examples…live examples of a process that works or anyone take me and say…here do what i do …a prototype of the general direction i want to go and a solid program …

But injury threw me down a different path…and i ended up in a different world so different from where i was…on a road so different from the one i was on.

So now i have many challenges… physical and mental…trusting and allowing my mind to explore and embrace a way @PHD…and a physical example as well as ok…i know his direction will work…and your suggestions because u guys have been in this higher end of fitness forever…and eating…big…

Abs are made in the kitchen… i know this…its just doing the time needed to see how true it is…so bare with me…

I have been in the little fish ponds even when i was fit…i hadnt arrived.

I love all i put and i listen and its all of you…this time around …since nov 2017…that i have along with my own drive and determination…to finally reach there…i am 9 months behind on my goal of 175 built …but overall i am still moving forward…a few steps back at times…but still moving forward. Thank u especially bigmurph…for all your help and input and motivation.

This is so true brother and they don’t call me Banned because I have abs im fighting the same fight as you. I have a huge upper body from being an athlete when I was young but those abs in the kitchen I haven’t figured out that recipe yet.
After my last cycle was the first time I had seen my abs since about a decade so then I had multiple injuries that held me back I put the weight back on and now its time for me to get on the gains train this is the first day of my 2nd wk I just took my injection and im going to be serious after this cycle.
Im taking this cycle more serious then the last so I shouldn’t have a problem in 18wks showing some tight abs and legs 1/4 the size of @PHD lol

Lol! Abs and bellies are made in the kitchen and restaurants…but in all honesty i notice this… i rarely to never see a body builder in restaurant or ridiculously swole dudes…its like its the religion to stay away from from that and stick with preps even off cycle. Strange.
 
So…its late…let me tell u about monday nights gym time…so…

Cardio…ok…i know i will get it for this bit its soo hard to lower my cardio level. I feel so unfulfilled and guilty if i do anything less than 30 and then when i am up to speed like i am close to…40 minutes to an hr…

So cross trainer…10 mins arms and legs…10 minutes just legs…forward and backwards every 5 minutes…i increased every 20 minutes…started out at resistance 9…then 10…then finally 11

Then i went to flat bitch…i mean bench 🤣🤣🤣

Close grip

145 lbs…15 reps
165 lbs…12 reps
185 lbs…11 reps
195 lbs…2 sets…6 reps each

Then i went to incline bench

155 lbs…12 reps

Then i dont have a peck deck so i went to dumbbell flys on the flat bench…this time i w3ng up in weight each set

30 lbs…15 reps
35 lbs…15 reps
40 lbs…12 reps

I dont have a decline so i did instead the seated push down but leaned forward in a way to use my lower and side peck muscles…

90 lbs…15 reps
100 lbs…15 reps
110 lbs…15 reps

The finally to close it all out i did regular push ups
Shoulder width…

4 sets of 20…

So today i did 45 minutes fasted cardio this morning…
Then for tonight…monday nights gym time i did 2 hrs and 15 minutes of gym time…

I was soo dragging and kinda struggled through…but kept pace and intensity

Oooh i forgot…between every set on the flat bench of the two different exercises i did 64 crunches between each set…

So ya…i feel accomplished…happy… can u imagine if i was on a pre-work out! 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣

OOOOH i almost forgot the most important thing!

The pump was amazing…i honestly have not felt a pump like this since i started here…my pecs looked like softballs! 😂😂

Oh crap last night was so rushed…

On the pacific fitness machine…delmar…u seen it before…

I did get some legs in

Did 6 sets with both legs
20 reps for 4 sets then the last 2 i did 15 reps each

Then i went to single legs legs…6 sets

First 4…20 reps each and the last 2 at 12 reps each

Then i went into body squats

I did 6 sets of 30

Because of my disk in lumbar issue and neglecting core and legs for so many years because of pain which brought on alot of atrophy and major stiffness…its gonna take a minute to get up to speed and get some core back and build up that muscular skeletal system around the affected area to help me into actually doing weighted dead lifts and squats…just doing body weight right now in those simple motions is a chore because it starts to tense up and sore a little over a 1/4 way down ususally…last night was much better because i went down further and i felt the glutes trying to activate and the tight lower back not rounding out as much putting all the pressure on the knee

The guy i have to train with a couple days at home is gonna go back to encorporating stretching to help get the elasticity back in my back 😐😑😐😑😐😑😐

So yah…i am enjoying this challenge i see improvements and it will only get better i am excited 😃😃😃😃

So just finished fasted cardio.

I pushed it alil this time…started at resistance 11…hill mode instead of 9…and struggled through it…

Now i am about to take my vaso 6x by dynamics for the first time every day for a week and see how we progress…here is my for arm on the am before ever taking the product and just after an hr fasted cardio…like 10 minutes after…
