So…its late…let me tell u about monday nights gym time…so…
Cardio…ok…i know i will get it for this bit its soo hard to lower my cardio level. I feel so unfulfilled and guilty if i do anything less than 30 and then when i am up to speed like i am close to…40 minutes to an hr…
So cross trainer…10 mins arms and legs…10 minutes just legs…forward and backwards every 5 minutes…i increased every 20 minutes…started out at resistance 9…then 10…then finally 11
1 hr…
Then i went to flat bitch…i mean bench


Close grip
145 lbs…15 reps
165 lbs…12 reps
185 lbs…11 reps
195 lbs…2 sets…6 reps each
Then i went to incline bench
135 lbs…15 reps
155 lbs…12 reps
175 lbs…8 reps
Then i dont have a peck deck so i went to dumbbell flys on the flat bench…this time i w3ng up in weight each set
30 lbs…15 reps
35 lbs…15 reps
40 lbs…12 reps
I dont have a decline so i did instead the seated push down but leaned forward in a way to use my lower and side peck muscles…
90 lbs…15 reps
100 lbs…15 reps
110 lbs…15 reps
120 lbs…12 reps
The finally to close it all out i did regular push ups
Shoulder width…
4 sets of 20…
So today i did 45 minutes fasted cardio this morning…
Then for tonight…monday nights gym time i did 2 hrs and 15 minutes of gym time…
I was soo dragging and kinda struggled through…but kept pace and intensity
Oooh i forgot…between every set on the flat bench of the two different exercises i did 64 crunches between each set…
So ya…i feel accomplished…happy… can u imagine if i was on a pre-work out!

OOOOH i almost forgot the most important thing!
The pump was amazing…i honestly have not felt a pump like this since i started here…my pecs looked like softballs!
