thank man . As much as i do it often…i still…for now at least…dread it…bit it helps so much. But once i get in the cardio zone i end up doing two sessions of 65 minutes on some days:laughing:…i am not there yet…i do need to to e it down to 25 minutes for current program…that’s going to be fun…cus i just worked my mind to get at least to get 40 minutes per session as a minimum anything less is unproductive …now i need tone it back down for a lil while so i can see more muscle growth
I feel you bro. It’ll take me a little while to get into the groove of cardio. But after some time I start to enjoy it actually. It must be the “runners high” , endorphine release to it’s fullest.
Remember that you can only get somewhere if you want to get there. All the talk between us guys if we don’t want it in reality then it will never become reality.
Im saying kill this shit brother. Don’t let anyone, anybody stop you.
Hey @PHD…i forgot to mention maybe 10 days on the vaso 6 pill by dynamic and seeing vascular results…so yes…the stuff is awesome…2 pills a day…morning and night not even at 20 pills yet…60 in a bottle…
If you scroll up u will see pics when i just got the stuff and hadnt used it yet… these pics o just took was not after a gym session and mid day at work
I wont mention what its doing to my varicose veins j/k
Thank u. Came out pretty good…the only thing i realized after it was in the oven cooking was that…maybe turkey wasn’t a good idea cus it loaded with sleepy juice and i am having it at work for lunch! It does actually make me sleepy in the past when i made it and doused everything with the juice from the turkey.
So i have a question for you…you arms are trainable almost every day? What other body group is trainable almost every day…i hear abs was would u say that’s true…arms for what ever reason to be honest i just can’t bring myself to do because supposedly they are trained doing back workouts…and chest workouts… but what i am doing is taking this vascular sup…called vaso 6x to see how the product work with creating vascularity.
Thats something you’ll learn as you learn your body more, you’ll get a better understanding of how each muscle responds to different training styles, temps, frequency etc. Try not to focus on small details like this and just focus on your main goal
Yes for sure great advice…i can get caught up on soo many little things can send me off easily in all kinds directions…i never thought eating and eating the right times…eating schedule…would be such a task…my eating is all over the place before dor example…but generally my first and some times my last meal would be at 3 pm…after being up since like 8 or 9…and days i sleep in till 10…or 11…its not uncommon for my first meal to be close to 6 or 7pm…and some times i will go all day and may get a meal in at close to 10…so to eat and chew so many different times a day is something to get use to…if i could have devised a way to exist healthily without eating i would be on it! but…here i am and @PHD to keep me moving on that agenda as well
Eating properly and planning it all out is the hardest part bro. Once you get it dialed in and you naturally start to want to eat at the planned times it makes a huge difference.
