So today is supposed to be a total rest day…ugh…so hard to not do anything gym today…especially because the generator just fired up lol! But i know i need to at least leave the cardio section alone so i can give the muscles around my lower back are etc to recover cus i have been constant…so any ways i am anxious to get at it tomorrow…
So…i got on the scale…nothing to show…still stuck at 226.6…for 2 weigh ins now…but dropped from 228…229…but came from 224 a lil over a week before that so this is a mind fuck…but i am noticing changes…i am niteceably smaller in my lower but more in my upper abdomen area and more muscle mass . So apparently the muscle mass us filling in descent which is causing the weight to stick…we will see what happens this sunday… as on my logs u can see and i can tell u my calories in is less than my calories out so theoretically i should be dropping weight. We will see whats up this sunday weigh in
Finally after over a week…maybe i shouldnt talk so soon but i noticed yesterday morning the compartments top compartment went down to 36…the…came home…35…then 34 degrees and now 33. .the stuff i took out the freezer and put in the fridge to that…didn’t thaw completely in a couple hrs like before and the packages in the freezer now have a frost haze over them…the stuff in the fridge i took out the freezer is still frozen…usually its thawed and a little bit colder than room temp.
So why is this awesome news?..
Well if u remember above this went down…the broken fridge…immediately after my meal prep kits and containers came so u could finally do this…because i had no fridge i couldn’t go shopping for stuff and couldnt do my meal prep…
The fridge does need fixing…but this buys me some time…i will CAREFULLY and slowly move it back…i had pulled it out to see whats up and was preparing to either call a repair service and pay them to fix it which would be way faster…but i imagine pricey. Or fix it my self…
But this buys me time to save more to pay the guy to fix it or trouble shoot buy the parts and fix it myself
I am lucky to say i was born with the ability to figure out and fix almost anything…can’t explain…and i have endless patience…so what i can’t figure out quickly… i dont let it go till i do … this is both a blessing and a curse
So this weekend i will be shopping and getting this meal thingie going ! Finally yaaaaay!!!
So i ended up away from rest day thursaday. Missing friday and saturday. But amazingly i noticed my body took shape after the extended rest…though not intentional. I noticed this in the past and i know this rule to be true…the body responds to the working out not while working out…but while at rest…but…i get in my mind if i stop i will die …
So any ways…sunday i delved into just doing some legs at the gym while waiting for the car to get fixed next door to the gym where i have a membership. I decided to do hacksquats and leg press machine…it limited and gradual but did i get sore as hell in the lower back disc…like pain…but its just the begininning of healing…i have to start some time to get my lower half strengthened… so that killed cardio…i tried my two different machines in the gym…just couldn’t…too sore…fatigued and stiff…so i did a bunch of shoulders and added arms and tricepts… disc area still sore this morning so didn’t do fasted cardio…but all should subside by tonight and get some cardio in and chest.
I will say though no pain meds for a while till this morning i took 3 alieves because i have to be up and down ladder…painting huge ceiling…so we will see

Then i went into back work out. Was pretty nice one …wish i had time to get a full hr in of cardio…oh well…i won’t make this 30 minutes a habbit less its at least level 14 resistance and i get 700 cals out of it
Took rest day yesterday…as much as i didnt want to…i spent…seriously…two hrs going back and forth with my thoughts and then i drank a nice large cup of coffee to go do it…then my mind just got hyper with reasons why and why not…and finally midnight came and the final reason took hold…
“you do an hr cardio NOW…it will be 1 am…then you gonna try and get some random shoulders in…now we are are at 2 am or a little later…every time u do cardio after midnight…u spend the next 2.5 hrs tossing and turning and eyes wide open…so NOW u will be up till 4…4 30…and u have to be up at 8……no sleep…joints didnt recover will barely be able to move…AND…you have 9 cans lights to install…a lot of ladder work and attic work…”
well that though there was very convincing wasn’t it?? So…needless to say…i decided to rest:rofl: …glad i did…did pretty good and gor alot done and i was by myself today…so no one around to get stuff…hand me stuff etc…
Still have attic work tomorrow but will have help and not much ladder work all that was done today…so it all worked out…
Why are you doing an hour of cardio?? It’s not on your plan follow the plan and trust the process bro. Protocol doesn’t work when you don’t follow what’s on your plan. We don’t know what is working and what’s not working. Follow food plan also and get your water in
(Shaking my head)…u got me…no matter how i try i just always get myself in trouble . I am heading in that direction on the eating part…been much better than normal following your outline…but have a lot of stuff to get so i am not subbing…so working on that
Got cardio in for thursday nights gym time…was dragging this evening after work…but got a harder cardio in with alot of resistance on the legs…did the cross ramp bumped it up for my normal 10 to 11…12…to 13 all the way…it was tought lol!
