Gym Rants - Fitstudboi Log

Lol it’s definitely more potent when baked lol. My brother and his friends gave me a huge muffin with it baked in well the fuckers didn’t tell me it fucked me up beyond bad. Sick for 2 days. I know a lot of ppl smoke it before working out I just haven’t tried it. Never liked smoking in first place
 
Ooh yes…i wrote here before about being at this party that was serving…

At the time i had no clue…

I mean i did hear they say it was weed brownies but had no clue…

So i was double fisting drinks…on a pretty much empty stomach…at that tome i was on this crazy low cals deal…like no more than 1100 cals and nothing with sugar and nothing with more than 1 grams of fat and all my food was steamed what ever i ate…no spices…and working out just about every day…sundays were 6 to 8 hrs gym day…which consisted of two hrs cardio…and weights…

But any ways…

I had nothing hardly in me but maybe water…i was binging on those brownies while drinking…i popped about 8…1 by 1 inch cubed brownies

I had no clue why some people were looking at me funny…and the guy that made them…every now and then i would look over at random times during the party and saw he was like looking over at where i was noticeably nervous…

Then an hr and later…i felt i was going down fast!

Thank goodness i knew something was up and to save embarrassment…i told my buddy we must leave now as…

While i was still able to appear normal and keep my balance…

We barely made it to the car and about to drive off and i hurled every where…

I was still aware enough to roll the window down and tried to get it all outside the car…

But…

We were moving…and the back passenger window was also open…

So i imagine u can guess what happened…

I had a wicked head ache…i thought i was about to die

He was freaking out and i said take me to the emergency room…

Then i though no…home…

I went back and forth with those two directives till i finally settled for home…

I was sick for 4 days ! 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
 
I had a descent gym time last night. Hit chest…
Nothing fancy…just to get myself back in the swing of things

Flat bench…4 sets of twelve reps …with 64 crunches in between…

Then i did incline…4 sets of twelve there

Then i went and did flat bench…dumbbell flys…6 sets of 15…

Then i went to push down dips …seated…6 sets of 20…

I felt accomplished believe it or not the past 6 months of hardly gym and fitness…did take a toll on me emotionally because i knew i was slipping bad…and because of the accountability to @PHD and him gaging plans and being present actually curbed damage a lot and kept me right on on the getting back on deal. So i am grateful for that…

So though i got nothing else i needed to in my world done…yesterday…nor the past 3 days actually …for myself …yesterdays gym time actually put me at great ease and i felt accomplished…

Though i was wired till damn near 5 am because i had just finished gum time at 1 am 😐😑😐😑😐😑😐😑🤨😂😂😂😂

Had another awesome gym time tonight…

30 minutes cardio on the cross ramp started out at resistance 10…then 11. And ended at 12…10 minutes each.

Then i did

Assisted pull ups…wide…shoulder with and close grip then under handed shoulder grip…10 reps each

Then cable lat pull downs…5 sets

80 lbs…15 reps …2 sets
90 lbs…12 reps…2 sets
100 lbs…10 reps…2 sets
110 lbs…15 reps 2 sets

Then i didchest rows standing but stooped a lil…

Same weights but one set each

Then i did cable lat decline rows standing but bent over…

5 sets of 10…same weights

The i did 2 sets of 20 back extensions on the roman chair…

So pretty happy i am getting some gym in and my on site trainer…and his son helped me really str8ten up the gym aka man cave…cus it was a mess…boxes everywhere…and junk…so

I cannot tell you how free and relieved i feel and motivated now that its soo much more cleaner…

Upgrades i did since u last remembered are the 4 flat screens…the led recessed lights along with the two new abs machines i showed u…the cybex abs and obliques machines

Oh and a high powered oscillating fan

To give it the feel of a big gym and so that no matter where u are u don’t have to disrupt movement or position greatly to view any ambiance entertainment…so from all angle all u have to do is look up or look str8 ahead 🤣…and to make sure i covered every possible angle they all swivel and extend out except the one over the flat bench the just retracts up if i need spotting …its motorized on a remote. And can watch while laying down 😂

Believe it or not…that’s a craigslist gym 🤣🤣🤣 the 3 flats…and one was a 55 inch but it was two big so i swapped it out with the 42 inch in my back bedroom…the three screens were under 300.00 and the one i already had. The most the leg press and leg curl was 50.00 from a police station gym 🤣🤣

I honestly missed gym last night cus i planned on doing the gym while on the high of a 1/4 cookie…i was stumbling all over and so out of it…i was forced to think twice…i was forced to lay down by 6 30pm…barely able to get up at 7 after getting excruciatingly hungry…ate and then laid back down at 7 30. My bones felt like they were sinking painlessly through my muscles and skin and i down into the couch…i felt like i was being magnetically pulled down…i knocked out so bad and then woke up at 10 30 again… still pretty high…

So its official…no weed for me for gym time 🤣🤣🤣😋😋
 
Soo…been getting cardio and gym in…getting in a lil late from work but i have actually noticed some physical changes since i have been a bit more frequent with the gym time…

Started late…got in at 9 30…rested a bit while i had to talk to three family members…thats been blowing up my phone

…i was beat and my mind was saying so hard to go to bed…i was disoriented a lil…

Just out of it…

. .but i took myself in my gym… laid on that decline free bench…

and stretched my lower back that was a lol sore and laid there…did some lazy close push ups…just lifting my upper body off the bench there on the bosu ball…4 sets of 50…then i got up and went to the cross trainer…and got out 40 minutes

I was actually going to go to bed…i had every intention of working out when i came home…i was a lil exhausted…i basically worked all weekend as well… my phone was almost dead so i used that as an excuse to lay down and relax while my phone charged… i was falling into a deep sleep…then my business buddy/landlord/best friend who lives upstairs… texts me with a bunch of texts and links to homes that we could only keep dreaming about while he sits there and relaxes on the couch blasting the tv…watching a show…i can hear the base rumbling.

He is older and wasting away fast just looking like a old dude…i have tried to stress the importance of getting in the gym over and over…

He just ignores…thinks its a joke…but ofcourse he is enabled by me because i am the one that basically does all the work and all the physical skilled labors

I became awake and realized what i am doing is no better than what he is doing…though i earned it…i was tired…i worked all day…he was not on the job today because there was nothing for him to do… so he was already well rested all day…

I became disgusted at the idea of laying still and resting

Like the guy upstairs…doing absolutely nothing to advance his life in a positive direction…nothing to make himself physically stronger and healthier…

and not doing what i needed too…

so i got up and did that…now about to do some abs and lower back extensions…
