Thank u. I ended up doing abs and the 10 sets of 20 to 25 lateral raises and shrugs…just a light trap work out…then i was wired…i was still wide awake 3…had to eat a 1/2 weed cookie …i knocked out…i was afraid to take it soo late …i didn’t want to wake up and have to go to work messed up 

…but i was fine…i had gotten up quickly for a sec at 5 am and i was dizzy as hell and was worried 8t wouldn’t be gone when i got up at 8 30…but it was a weak batch this time so i was fine
