Thank u. I ended up doing abs and the 10 sets of 20 to 25 lateral raises and shrugs…just a light trap work out…then i was wired…i was still wide awake 3…had to eat a 1/2 weed cookie …i knocked out…i was afraid to take it soo late …i didn’t want to wake up and have to go to work messed up 😂😂😂…but i was fine…i had gotten up quickly for a sec at 5 am and i was dizzy as hell and was worried 8t wouldn’t be gone when i got up at 8 30…but it was a weak batch this time so i was fine 🤣
 
🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣 well i am very light weight and because i understand the science if tolerance…i have a few feel good or sleepy options so i can choose to use each one once or twice a week…so i always get that right feel every time…often i will go two weeks or a lil more at a time without touching one or two of the few options 🤣
 
Nice. I am much calmer and happier in a sense when i take it …but way too calm cus i go to sleep…but when i am up on it and just keep going i am a lil more fun

So ok…i have noticed now for a long while…for quite somentime actually…any time i would do ham curls laying down on the hamcurl bench…the strangest feeling happens…

I get tingly down in the pelvic area…but its like the feel just before a orgasm but with out the orgasm…am i the only one?

AND NO…i am not grinding the bench as i do the curls…😐😑😐😑😐😑🤨😑🤨😆

I am completely isolating …and it happens mainly as i get heavier with the weights and begin to fatigue
