Now those i got a few weeks back…the guy screwed me over he advertized a fully functional great condition…i actually just wanted the abs machine…but the day i went to get it i thought it was an area where i live…it had the name of one …but it was another area two and a half hrs away…i was getting ready to leave as promised…to go get the machine but when i saw that in the gps …just no way that day so i apologized…we had connectected the weekend before…so he held it so i felt bad so i decided to get the obliques machine as well and added 50 dollars extra for each machine if he might be able to have them the following weekend still i w9uld check but if he could sell before then i would understand…so ok he ended up holding them…had another issue…mom needed help the day i was getting up to go get the stuff she text for cash…i had only the 400 dollars and so i gave it to her and just told him look…i really want the machines…told him what happened…told him i wont make plans i will just hit him back on the following friday once cash is in my hands again and all clear and see if its there…so…friday came…hit him up…yup still there… so i went to get it…he had the abs one already pretty much apart…but the obliques i had to pull apart…so any ways got home…a week later decide to put them together all excited about using them…

Got to the abs machine…realized he stiffed me on chest pad…none…he made it seem like the lower pad was the chest pad…i had no clue …and bad screws…

He had mentioned he didnt need two sets 9fbthe same machines so i realized he parted it out…so that messed me up mentally for a week or so…because i kept my word…even bought another machine and added and extra 50…and he did this to me…and now been over 3 weeks waiting for new pad he was nice enough to tell me where to buy them…so any ways…thats one of many catch up stories

Thanks man…i have been doing some upgrades trying to do a few things…but cant wait for my pads to come. I am close to a month overdue on my ideal core regimen.

I get jealous of your dungeon but I just bought my house so know I can finally set up all my equipment again. I can’t wait to be able to use everything at home and not have to go to the gym

i just need OOOOONE more…i want a hacksquat…then i am good…and i will change out my home type…light commercial smith with back combined for a full gym quality smith machine that you can do squats with too…then i am done… wait…plates i need a lot more plates actually and a pair of 110 and 120 dumbbells …ok and thats it!

But when i am done with upgrades in a week u will see its actually plenty room to move about with all that

Just random babble…i get these every now and then…ok often…and sometimes i find them brilliant i Must write them down and other time i dont think so…

But i still write them down…

Unfortunately for u i was on here when i thought of this one so …so here goes …

Arnold was a solder in the gymitary. He has received many medals of swolery and won many battles in competition. He is forever the blue print to success for many future generations of swolediers…

Had gone out for cat stuff and ran into some cashews and almonds and…maca powder…had a nice gym time and mixed some maca in my protein shake. Pretty good!

.the cashews i noticed werent…thought they were when i bought…i picked up the almonds first and saw it said raw and assumed the cashews were since in the exact same packaging

So today i picked up my refill of the dynamic duo! been out of it for a week. I don’t rebuy stuff that doesn’t show significant results…i have not been so vascular ever…ofcourse i am not walking around with garden hose type vascularity like many of u but it is VERY noticeable…even after a lil over a week of running out of the pills its still shows nicely… so very happy with tbe stuff will show pics tomorrow

Ok so u know…when i was like 12 and 13. I use to get in sooo much trouble…i knew i was suppose to be home at a certain time but i always get caught up out playing with friends and before i knew it it was dark…i would spend another hr…worrying…butter flies in my stomach…almost having a panic attack cus i knew i would get my ass beat once i got home.

Now to be honest i just had a aha moment…i actually did a smollett waay before he did! Omg

So…ok…unless i had a damn good reason…so OOOIII decided…

To rip up my shirt…scratch my arm up a little…slap myself in the face so my cheeks was a little red…

Surely…me getting my ass allegedly beaten up by some kids on the way home was definitely a great reason!

So i ran home…panicking…mom giving me that look…so i told her what happened…

Then…after i was done…

She told me a few things i hadnt thought of…

As she was choosing a belt for the REAL beating…

1…school got out at at 3 30…its now 6

2…WHEN…did these boys beat you up and for how long?

I stupidly told her well first i had detention till 4 30…and told her which teacher and i left and was was walking home and thats when it all happened…

So she put the belt away and said…

Which i was not expecting…

Ok…tomorrow i am coming to the school and you tell that teacher what happened and who these kids are…

I almost crapped my pants…i just delayed my beating and extended it!

So sitting in front of the accused teacher next day afterschool…the teacher looking at me disappointingly…and mom looking at me with that look…

We know what hsppened when we got back home…

So i say all that to say…i have been trying to come up with a damn good reason why i havnt checked in especially with @PHD…was kinda having those same im in real trouble feeling like i did back then:joy:

Well…

I have learned honesty is the best policy

Work has kicked my ass and its that time a year again…thousands of plants to grow…kinda got blindsided there for a week… but getting a grip and back on the grind…

I fell off for a week there…just a bit overwhelmed…but picking back up already this week with the gym time.
