As most of you know I love how John meadows trains. So I wanted to change things up a little bit. I watched this video which I’ll post below. I implemented his stiff leg dead lifts using the band. Holy shit my hams and glutes were on fire. Then I did his single leg lunges on smith. Rest of my workout was my stuff. For example gauntlet machine for hams. Damn that machine kicks my ass big time. Implement some of these into your next ham day. You will cuss and thank me
