First phase of my next training routine

Food will always be number 1. Routine 2nd. I’ve missed a little over a week at the gym but I’ve been eating great. I’m not looking as cut up but fuller looking.
 
You are what you eat. That’s for sure food makes all the difference in the world I watch the guys I know that compete all they change is there food and boom I can see a difference but the are dedicated to meal prep and eating protocol weighing portions and. Water you can’t get them to deviate
 
My grip is is crap I can pick up something grab it and my hands literally drop it on there on even when I am thinking squeeze always tingling in a few fingers and as soon as I use them they hurt like a dbol pump in your arms after doing a drop super set
Can’t even play PlayStation with my boy for like 20 min and they are hurting I just don’t like the idea of being cut on but I think I’m not gonna have a choice much longer

That’s as straight as fingers will go and the circled spot on both hands swells so bad looks like a golf ball and that is as far as I can bend my wrists back now where a drew the line stretches help on temporary though need some robot hands I seriously can’t even rub one out anymore and it’s not cause it’s big either

Damn brother I know that’s painful, those are some working man hands. My joints are messed up in my hands shoulders hips from heavy construction, I can only imagine your hand pain.
 
Mechanics hands and shoulders are same way I have worked on the farm and on everything from mining equipment to cars to boats. And back carrying dead chickens in buckets and shoveling chicken crust and feed don’t help either getting older sucks. I know I look nasty cause the dirt in my nails but you can’t get it all out after a while and I wear gloves as much as I can
