Happy Easter brothers and sisters of Ug. Today is most certainly a cheat day. We have a polish family recipe of Easter soup. Very similar to white borscht.

Fresh kielbasa smoked ham hard boiled eggs a bit of vinegar some horse radish a lot of love and whatever the heck else grandma puts in it. Mmmmmm mmmmm. Always look forward to this stuff.

Sounds great,and yup no dieting today,I gotta go to m to side of family,then go to my wife’s side a the family and eat more,but at least I can disappear at my in laws,I hop on the quad and I’m out like a fat kid in dodgeball.

Happy Easter guys!! Hope you guys all have a great day! Had breakfast this morning and it was amazing! Burger with mushrooms and tomatoes then the keto toast is stuffed with cream cheese! Something I found online and it’s so fucking good!

Unfortunately still dieting today but will have some mashed potatoes with my steak. Bit of a cheat. Flying to Arizona tonight to train with my buddy for a week tonight. I’ll send some photos of the mountains
