Good morning,breakfast,4 HB eggs no yolks.1 can a tuna plain,3 pieces a toast lightly buttered,strawberries,R1 shake water.Got shit to do after work,probably not lifting today.
 
Long day ahead. On the road at 0 dark thirty to children’s hospital. Been here a couple hours already

This is third or fourth trip here. One of these days I’ll explain it.
 
Do you remember where greenville is? About an hour or two west… where eastern Carolina university is. They have a great children’s hospital.
 
Today is our first arms day of our metabolite meso. We’re doing lots of reps, including supersets and taking short rests for maximum pump.

Today I mixed my strawberry protein into my Greek yogurt with a bit of water. I also use this stuff called Flavor God Buttery Cinnamon Roll to spice up my oatmeal.

Ongoing testing. Day at a time. Haven’t had to spend the night yet. Just 2 hour drives each way.
