Newby to the forum. 5’ 10” 185 and a slow gainer. Lifting for 5-10 years. I have done 2-a-days 5 days a week for about 9 months. Around 13% body fat, but having issues getting below 10%. Have been using prescribed TRT. Hoping to get tips on weight loss without losing my gains. I have ran it off in the past, but lost way too much muscle. I eat pretty healthy, but do have a little too much beer and I snack at times. Will be exploring the forum to get tips on eating better and adding on or expanding my TRT regiment. I look forward to getting to know everyone.
