Help with Meal ideas!

Naw I have a slow metabolism although that wil change when I hop back on t3
 
I eat a lot of steak. Eggs. Egg whites. Turkey. Chicken. Bacon. Sweet potatoes. Rice. Cottage cheese. Greek yogurt.

I eat more steak than anything.

I’m 6’1 233 today.

I have an absurdly fast metabolism.

ok yeah I can def add cottage cheese and bacon and turkey. Greek yogurt to as a snack or desert. Had some greek yogurt at this floozies house for breakfast was pretty good shit.
I dont think I have a very good metabolism anymore, use to.
 
Greek yogurt is also a casein protein which is a slower breakdown. Just gotta be careful bc they can add a bunch of sugar to it.
 
Yeah i was gonna ask, the greak yogurt this chick had was like honey and vanilla it had to be packed with sugar
 
Yeah most of them are super high in carbs. There’s “zero” kinds that taste like straight up sour cream.
 
Liquid egg whites. Great for protein shakes and cooking. I use 1 quart every 2 days. A quart equals 27 eggs. 😉
 
I like to add peanut butter powder and collagen powder to my shakes, they are rich in protein. I eat a lot of chicken, beef and eggs.

I know you said no eggs but try the raw shake out. The base being milk on water. 5 to 10 raw egg whites. Banana. Raw oatmeal. Peanut butter. A little bit of sugar. Throw some creatine in there if you got it. Determining on the size of your blender if you got one I can shoot some measurements at you… Food???sweet potato bro…
or some pan-seared fish with a little seasoned salt and black pepper nothing extravagant there and quick.
Lean ground beef patties the 90% kind… Hell boil up some elbow macaronis toss in a little olive oil or butter with that ground beef patty and a slice of cheese on top…hell even a beef patty on a bed of rice even though you said no rice… But you’ll drizzle the leftover juice from the beef patty on top of the rice with the cheese on the Patty… I’m more or less talking about what I want to eat right now but yeah
Oh and shepards pie…play with that one brother…

Oh no, shit I guess I should have specified…I meant besides steak, chicken eggs & rice because that’s all I eat! I love eggs. Anything with eggs. And this is it! I needed new ways/ideas to eat my eggs/protein!
 
That sounds good as a mother, elbow Mac with beef and the cheese.
I’ve been keeping it simple same so long I needed ideas to mix it up.
Like tonight I just did rice, two chicken breast & steamed broccoli, but I also did this 5 times last week. Time to spend a little more time in the kitchen trying new things.
