Here it is, 2 months worth of trainging

So today I will be weighing in for my challenge a local company put on.
I started at 197 and about 15% bf, this morning I weight 182. I’ll probably weight in at 183 when I finally get down there to do the actual weigh in and i’m guessing at about ~8% bf.
I must of quit that contest 4-5 times knowing that I wasn’t going to win, but gave it my all the last few weeks. I think for the amount of work I put in, I’m satisfied with the results.

I used @PHD 's amazing diet. I highly recommend reach out at the very least to come up with a solid diet plan… I’ve never felt better.

I don’t think I’ll win the contest, given there were just some ridiculously over weight people that just had to lose weight, where I really didn’t have to lose a whole lot to lose.

It was fun and I learned a lot. Now it’s time to eat some pizza with the family.
Now to keep most the weight off and plan for my next run to be ready for the summer and our beach vacation…
