Here we go... 20 week prep

Yep, I studied martial arts for over 20 years and I was rolling with my instructor and I literally had no defense against what he was doing. Every-time I moved a limb he would pin it, until I was just a rolled-up, pinned blob that couldn’t move. It was really impressive, and he never broke a sweat or had to alter his breathing.

I asked because I feel like the ground white meat dries out so quickly I was going to ask if you did anything to prevent it just looking for tips lol

I love the ground white turkey but just to dry its great to use for tacos and other stuff though atleast cheaper than beef
 
Had a little trouble getting all my meals in. Had to miss my 4:30 meal. Just busy day and trying to squeeze in a workout wasn’t happening. Did fine other than that. I mention it just to say it’s ok. Some days life gets in the way. Deal with it, move on and back at it tomorrow.

Mid grip bench 4x10@225
Flat DB press 3x10@90
Incline dB press 3x10@80
Incline DB fly 3x10@50

20 min on assault bike
 
Its not actually intoxication I just don’t like cooking with alcohol sounds crazy alot of good stuff is made with wine sauces and such but I have never enjoyed the taste.
 
Ok so start of week 2 and feeling pretty good. Happy with strength and all though I have not retested my BF, I believe it’s changing already.
Did legs today after jujitsu and I was pretty happy with what I was able to do. Not pushing a tone of weight but still moving well. Was able to use 50lb DB for rear foot elevated Bulgarian split squats for set of 10 per leg so that was good.
Diet was tough today because of time so I had to sub 2 meals with shakes instead but still got the cals in. Had some fish for dinner tonight which was a nice switch from plain chicken. One of the jr guys in the Dept cooked so that made it even better.
