Here we go... 20 week prep

Yup well I had one person thumbs down me in all categories two weeks in a row. Don’t understand that. Especially the thoughts and goals.
 
Naw I’ll be adding fat not shredding at end so said probably not with the extra posing haha
 
So I’m 6 weeks lit of surgery on my knee and trained legs today. Put the knee to the test and have to say I was pretty happy. Did very high rep leg press 20-30 reps per set and felt great. Followed with drop sets of leg extensions 20 reps each drop, my quads felt like they were on fire. Finished them up with very light BB squats, first time putting a bar on my back I 2 months. Did 135 for 20 reps right into DB lunges 15 reps per leg. Quads felt awesome! Haven’t had that intensity in some time . Pretty sure I’ll be super sore tomorrow. Hamstring were high rep today also.
4 set of 20 reps prone leg curl dropping right Into another 20 1/2 reps. Awful! Finished with BB rdl 3x 20 reps. All in all very happy with training session today. Quads looked and felt great.
 
Time will tell! I am was pretty pumped today though. See how it feels when I get under some real weight though. Honestly not too concerned with actual weight lifted , I’ve been trying to just push the intensity
 
I need to do labs also. Want to check on this proviron ive been using
 
Haven’t updated the log in a few days so quick update.
Very happy with all my training so far. Been varying reps and tempos from heavy 6-10 with 4 sec eccentric to triple drop sets 20 reps each drop at 3 sec eccentric. Great pumps, muscles are nice and full and getting some good separation. It’s literally been years since I’ve done triple drop sets with such high reps and have to say, I actually missed it.
Today will be a test of my knee. Heavy leg press and my training calls for heavy squats but I’m going to modify the squats to something more reasonable since I’ve only squatted 1x in past 7weeks. Going to actually use my head and keep my ego in check today. Easier said than done.
No issues with diet all week. Getting in plenty of calories and having no GI issues. This maybe too much info for some but I pay attention to my urine and bowl movements as gauge to how my diet and hydration are. I’ll just say all good! Lol
Had a bit of a cheat last night on date night with the wife. Big 12 oz strip steak and some mashed potatoes. Was absolutely awesome and felt great when I was done. I actually think that those meals boost my metabolism a bit.
