Rack pull 4x10 225 4 sec eccentric
Close grip pull down 3x10

Cardio
20 min on concept 2 bike

Man, I am in for watching this. I am struggling mentally with my most recent cut. I feel small and people are telling me I look smaller. I am down about 45 lbs though, so I guess I am going to look small no matter what. Interested to see at what weight you hit your goal at.
 
Remember you are always going to appear smaller in clothes lean. Don’t let that mess with you. What are your numbed now
 
I dropped from 258/255 (depending on the day) to about 210. I am not sure my BF now, but I think I could still drop 10-15 more lbs of fat. I think I may have to lean bulk after that. Haven’t had to focus on bulking in the last 20 years! lol
 
So here we are day 3 and already feel a bit better. Diet is going well , about 3,500 cal per day and I’m able to pick up the training intensity a bit post surgery. Getting the outline of abs back even though I’m 19%lol

So had a good day of training.
1 hour jujitsu
Legs
6x10 leg press only up to 500lb but first time I’ve moved any weight with my knee
KB front rack Bulgarian split squat 4x10 per leg
Heel elevated goblet squat 3x10

Still leg dead lift 4x10@225
Lying leg curl 4x8
Single leg leg curl 3x10 per leg

20 min on bike and diet was on point all day even when the fam was eating bacon burgers and fries
