Thank you guys. I’ve done a lot of research on rep ranges and periodization and a decent amount on diet, but I’m just at the tip of the iceberg with how And if diet and exercise regimen should or should not change while training on gear. A lot of theories out there.
Would you care to share any of your favorite resources or just rep ranges, training frequency and so forth that works well for you while on? (I’m definitely going to do a lot more digging on here but thought I’d ask while you were here haha)
