HGH dosing for injury/surgery recovery

If you are eating like you should to maximize AAS it’s more than your pancreas was designed to handle. Not to mention HGH fucks up insulin resistance.

Which is why I’m such an advocate of metformin year round. All the time.

Damn!! Never knew that but it makes total sense. Already got me a big ass bunch of telemestartin 80 from alldaychemist. If doc won’t give me some metformin then goNna order some of that too. Especially with my recent glucose levels What do you recommend for dosage of metformin @Neuro

Here is my telemestartin order

@Rusty

To put it in perspective: I was taking 1gram of metformin twice a day (prescribed). Wifey is taking 500mg once a day prescribed.

So are you saying everyone taking ASS and eating a ton should be supplementing insulin? I haven’t seen insulin in your stack but I might have missed it I guess

Not quiiiiiiite what I said. Actually not even what I said in the slightest. I take metformin daily. And I advocate for metformin. For a very wide variety of reasons.

I didn’t address insulin use at all.

I’m not currently eating 5000-6000 calories a day. I don’t plan on doing that again, maybe ever. But if I did, I consider my long term health and the stress consuming that much food puts on my body and probably opt for long acting insulin daily.

Insulin makes total sense when you’re eating like a fool. My point above was there was no point in taking insulin if your body can easily keep up with your needs.

And my point is most of us are pushing our bodies past the point of what it can handle.

The human body was designed to survive. Not carry around 50+ lbs of extra muscle. Which requires a ton of fuel. Which stresses our pancreas constantly.

If you’re not at least taking something to help with insulin sensitivity. Metformin or Berberine. You’re most likely pushing your pancreas to the point of stress.

Most people trying to mass would benefit their long term health by using low doses of long acting insulin.

That’s all I’m saying.

I would venture to guess most people have no idea what their fasting and post prandial glucose levels actually are on a daily basis. If you’re not checking your sugar when you wake up, and after meals you have no idea if your body is stressed.

Yes your pancreas can handle a lot. As evidenced by the amount of morbidly obese non-diabetics. But if we can support the pancreas with the next 20 years in mind, it’s a good option for the health minded/conscious AAS user.

Everything I’m reading is saying that insulin is one of the most anabolic things you can put in your body. I’m honestly surprised more people aren’t taking it.

On the TeamEvilGSP forums, almost everyone is using it unless they’re a beginner. It’s very much the same in Victor Black Master Class — insulin use is super common among these more educated communities.

Now, when you stack insulin, Metformin and HGH now you’re cooking with gas. These three create a highly anabolic environment in your body and the downline products released by these compounds is insanely useful for anabolism.

TeamEvil is finally what got me on the insulin train. People just aren’t afraid of it in these communities and it’s very normalized

@Neuro all of this scans for me.

When I started doing insulin I made sure I got a blood glucose monitor. Of course, it plugs into my phone 🤓, so when I was starting out I had the data plugged into Apple health. Now I just inject 5IU once in the morning and once before my post training meal.
