I can’t believe this man was just told he wasn’t getting parole.
I have never seen anyone walk out of prison after that??

They overturned his conviction he can never be tried again this man just made a miracle happen

I believe that he had to pay off the new DA in Pennsylvania I wonder how much

It seems like they might have paid the original DA he is the one that they are saying messed up the case allowing the Supreme Court to let him go??? Im still crazy confused more information coming
 
I wonder now what’s going to happen to Weinstein I just heard them talk and they made a really good point that blew my mind I thought for sure he was guilty but I don’t know now

Richard Nixon had the fbi surveillance of Bill Cosby through the 60s and 70s ?? So they said he couldn’t rape women while under surveillance by the FBI I don’t know how much surveillance he was really under though smh
 
So this case is actually a good win for people in general. The original DA told the public and Cosbys attorneys he would not prosecute Cosby. He said this so Cosby could not plea the fifth in the civil case pending. If he were to be prosecuted, then Cosby did not have to talk in the civil case making it hard for victims to get a judgment.

During the civil trial Cosby confessed to multiple things he otherwise would have not done. a few years go by and a new DA comes in. The new DA says he doesn’t care about what the other DA stated about non prosecution and it didnt constitute a legitimate deal. He used what was said in the civil trial as evidence against him.

The appeal judgement stands that if a deal is done by a prosecutor the next one can not change it and a verbal agreement or statement from a prosecutor is as a valid as a written deal. Cosbys attorneys argued a good case that the only reason he made an admission in civil trial was the statement of no charge from the DA and without Cosbys statement there was no evidence against him in criminal trial.
 
All I could remember was some weird went down with his prosecution. Thank you for explaining it again. I couldn’t find any info without a huge bias one way or the other.
 
So who got paid because this is so absolutely abnormal that someone got paid I just don’t know who a poor person would have died in prison smh
 
No one had to be here except the attorneys. The DA and local courts knew they weren’t going to get away with this past appeals. It was a big topic in the legal community when it happened because it brought up all sorts of legal issues and violations of the DA and Judge in the case. Many experts weighed in on it when it occurred that the evidence was inadmissible. The problem is the DA and Cosby has the money for the attorneys. The case will now serve as further case law that can be brought up in new cases before going to appeals or higher appellate courts. But crooked DAs and Judges will still get away with what they can until they themselves are held criminally liable and not have immunity on cases they bring forth.
 
100% its crazy especially since it was a Supreme Court ruling.

The me too movement died they killed it today or actually during the first trial it looks like SMH
