I am going to start working out

I have started to workout. I was wondering if Dianabol would be a good choice for my friend to start out on. My friend weighs 130 and 5 foot 7 so what dosage would be the best. And would you guys recommend taking the oral or injectable form.

You should post an introduction. Stats, goals, how long you’ve been lifting. I would honestly say, actually start working out and stay consistent for awhile before ever suggesting you start taking something. This isn’t a miracle thing that just makes you the next mr. Olympia. Or makes you look like Superman. You should stay committed at-least a year in my opinion. That’s what I did. You have to put in the work. I took the advice from this community. And I think most guys would agree. Stay committed first and see if it’s something you really want
 
@Xpliot is spot on. Your “friend” needs to maximize natural gains first. And personally don’t think an oral only cycle is ever a good choice.

What does your “friends” macro count look like? Training? Sleep? Hydration?

Has your “friend” had lab work done? What’s their natural levels look like?

I wouldn’t recommend dbol at all for your friend.
 
Thanks man. I have been slowing starting to workout mainly cardio more and more. I cut weight down from 170 to 130 and now I want to stay lean and get a bit more muscles. I should start working out more but plan on doing more weight lifting and less cardio now. I am thinking of doing a low does of dianabol.
 
Welcome and you don’t have to say friend here this isn’t Reddit. If you are just starting enjoy the newb gains taking anything now would really be a waste you seek
More results but you get great results natural then when that slows hop on to get them goig again

Great progress already. I’m assuming your weight loss was body fat.

I would suggest to stay away from all peds until you have some respectable strength (for you). You have some veins popping… your training is second nature… you know exactly what your macro count is day to day…, you have a full blood panel on hand.

You can manipulate your macros and training to achieve all kinds of good stuff way before introducing drugs.

Go get blood work. Check your natural test levels.

Eat eat eat eat. You want to put on muscle you’re going to have to gain a little fat too.

You don’t need and AAS yet. You need to straighten up your diet, training, and sleep first. Those are the foundation. AAS are a tool. Use it correctly.
 
I dont mean to sound like an a$$hole but it sounds like your “friend” doesn’t want to put in the work it takes to add solid muscle. Shortcuts always end negatively. Like everyone is saying, get those solid newb gains naturally. After a few years and some solid gains your “friend” can then dive in to the deep end of the pool. I also can’t stress the importance of research. This site is a great resource for all kinds of training tips. Most the members here know their shit (not me) and you should take their advice. Welcome to UGM!

  1. Get food intake on-point (Diet) for your goals
  2. Program (workouts) developed for those goals
  3. Consistently good sleep and recover
Do that for a year or however long it takes to find your plateau then…
  1. Bloodwork
  2. TRT or Test only cycle if you choose to rise above your biological set point

You absolutely do NOT have to be juicing to be on this site.

Start a log of your journey… track everything you stuff in your cake hole and your training in it. Everyone here is very happy to help and make suggestions. No one here is going to berate or insult you. I promise you won’t be lied to either. Maybe some friendly suggestions and guidance.

I’ll use myself as an example again. It took me 6 months or so to get my a1c right before I touched anything above my trt…. @NeuroRN and @TBU gently put a foot up my azz. Currently I am on and off the most boring non-exotic low dose crap there is… that doesn’t stop me from blathering on and on….and on here.

Welcome man. Use the magnifying glass and do some research there so much info on here it’s crazy. Just to reinforce what others said. Definitely do not do a dbol only cycle. Oral only cycles are not effective and also detrimental to your health once you understand how the endocrine system and bodies natural test production works. Start out with test only. But do a ton of research I don’t think you’re ready to delve in quite yet
