I put my girl on this protocol

It’s still very early. But she’s killing it in the gym. We just moved to another country so we are busy so diets not always the best and not as much time dedicated to the gym. But for the first time she likes adding lifting to her training. She’s lifting more in about 10 days in than a few months of lifting where she was pretty stagnant in any strength gains. Also we have a Olympic pool she swins in, says she can def feel being able to swim longer.
