I’m ok. Sorry I fell asleep and slept a lot It’s been really stressful with all this moving and stuff. I did drink last night but am done now. @Poppy @Dmomuchole i don’t feel defeated though. I am gonna take a shower and maybe sleep some more

I will say this much talking to people helps. I don’t like airing out my business but when it comes to sobriety of any kind wether people admit it or not we need help, someone to talk to, no judgement just accountability I still talk to my councilors. And I was on the verge of loosing my family when I finally took the step to talk to people. I still struggle with it. It’s always going to be there. I can ignore it most days but sometimes it takes help to keep the ship pointed in the right direction.

I wish that you would have said something before you drank we could have talked it over brother and if you still wanted to drink you still could have I just would have really liked the chance to talk to you first you didn’t do anything wrong as long as you know that you shouldn’t continue or believe that you can drink here and there remember you just got on probation brother I never want you to have to go through that I have and its truly the worst environment that you can ever imagine.
I want to help brother I will set up anything that you want I will create a zoom group so that you can have face to face meeting.

Thanks brother. I feel fine honestly. At least for now. I really do wanna set up some kind of weekly meeting with my brothers here. I think it’ll help me a lot. Just have to figure out which platform to use and what day. Today I will be moving a lot so I won’t have much time to figure things out. What days work good for the other guys interested. I am thinking maybe Monday evening @Poppy @Bigmurph @Dirtnasty @Outlawthing @Thunder @Xpliot

There’s an app that I use from time to time called Big book. They have online meetings around the clock and all over the US. Was a great tool during COVID as in person meetings didn’t happen for a minute. I’m gonna take a screenshot so y’all can see what it looks like

So the way this works is you can join already established meetings and we could all just communicate where we’re gonna go , or, we can sign up and start our own meeting on there platform space

I’ll be straight up with you brother your freedom is at risk and if the desire to drink still has not subsided and your jeopardizing your freedom and the well being of your family, be careful brother. Like others said you could probably benefit from drug counseling or in person meetings. They do have recognized meetings online, zoom ECT.

I remember when I drank on probation I thought I was all good little did I know they could test for alcohol in urine for up to 5 days. Alcoholism is a very powerful and real thing, I mean you still drank even though drinking has probably got you in this situation in the first place. Na an AA are tried and true and work for people who really work and live a program.
