Introduction: Also new but old to UG

Hi everyone,

I’ve been lurking on here in the shadows for a few years. At the time, these forums really freaked me out, and I was a just starting out.

Stats: 6’2, 212, weightlifting 4x per week, light cardio 6x per week
Background: used to be 280 lbs with nothing but fat on my body. Lost the weight, and wanted to recomp, which led me on this journey. Look like a completely different person today.

Even from the shadows, this community has been extremely helpful for me. Look forward to learning, gaining, and sharing more with all of you.

332 is heaviest inweight kyself can’t say if I’ve been higher cue there was time when I drink daily I’m sure i had some weight in me
