Hey brothers! Wanted to officially introduce myself to the forum, a buddy recommended it to me a week ago and I’m extremely glad he did. Love the community and positivity I’ve seen so far.

So tomorrow starting first cycle, Monday July 20th, and I’m extremely excited, I’ve been researching the do’s and dont’s Of AAS the past 4-5 years, obviously a lot of Bro science out there. I’ve basically waited until I was 25 one the money and two I wanted to see where I could get naturally. I understand there is no best time to start, but this is a personal decision I want to make. I just want to feel that excitement of seeing some real physical changes like I did when I first got in the gym :/. I do want to be as knowledgeable and As safe as possible. Here to learn, grow and contribute as much as I can. Currently cutting as I got pretty heavy from COVID when gyms shutdown, up to 192lbs, I’m currently sitting in the morning about 179 180, smashing a gallon of water a day, sometimes 1 1/2 gals. Diet is Pretty good right now daily tracking my protein staying in a deficit, I get moderate carbs in low fat. Fridge is locked and loaded for the week planning to Slightly UP my Calories and Increase protein intake To about 1.5 g’s per pound of body weight. I want to continue to cut on my cycle but make as much lean gains as possible.

Stats and history
  • 25 y/o
  • 180lbs, 5”8
  • roughly 17% bf
    -lifting since 14 y/o
  • religiously been Going to the gym 5 days a week doing bodybuilding splits since I was 19.
  • from 19-23 religiously tracked macros high protein moderate carb diet. Last two years really felt like I platueaud naturally and unfortunately just been eating whatever enjoying life.
Cycle - 400 mgs Test C a week & have 100 count 25mg tabs of Turinabol. Got 100 tab 25mg nolvadex for the cycle and 96 tabs of 25mg Clomid to run as a PCT. Contemplating to pin once or twice a week, read on here most guys pin twice a week. any suggestions appreciated. And contemplating how many mgs A day of TBOL to start with.

I’m decently experienced in lifting and nutrition but I’m not an expert! Appreciate any suggestions, thanks guys!!!
 
Hey what’s up brotha, your very informed and bravo on doing your research before just jumping in. Great first cycle, I’m sure you know saying goes just test your first time around, but hey your knowledge and doing your research are on point, hat’s a great 1st cycle to give a go. Only thing I noticed is you have no AI on hand ( Aromasin or Adex ) Nolvadex is good for gyno flare ups and or maintenance. Welcome brother, glad to have you around. Sounds like a pretty solid cycle but your definitely going to want that AI like Raphael3636 said, be safe brother and if you have anymore questions don’t hesitate to ask.
I’m taking the less is more approach and I’ve put on about 13 pounds solid gains. I’m also running 400mg test and I really don’t need anymore. I did definitely need my AI on this cycle.
 
Welcome brother. Proud of you for doing the leg work and learning what you have. This is a great place with a ton of people to learn from. Jump in as much as possible and make yourself part of the community!
 
Welcome to ugmuscle brother glad to have you around and looks like you are going to take the leap.
Just remember you only get one first round and be prepared for everything that can happen.
I would inject 2x a wk and the tbol I would use split 1 tab mourning and 1 tab at night 6wks on the tbol 10-14wks on testosterone.

welcome brother, lots of good info here to help you. something i wish i could go back and do-over is getting blood work to establish a baseline before getting on. keep an eye on blood pressure too. good shit on keeping diet in your sights
