Hi all.I was a busy man late last night, sleep walking,so I moved the dog beds downstairs,anything that was a towel,wash cloth,dish towel was hung on the sofa nice and neat like and the coffee pot was in one of the bathrooms.The towel part is normal part of sleep walking,and usually I put soap n detergent in my cube freezer.Im always tired as hell the day after sleep walking.Anyfuckinways,breakfast was fake sausage,3 pieces a toast homemade mulberry jam,Cap’n crunch,coffee,water.Its 16 degrees now with a high of 18,my dad said fuck that he isn’t hunting,and I called him a pussy,he still won’t go,difference between him and I,is that if ANYBODY calls me a pussy,I’m gonna go do whatever it is that your calling me a pussy about ,I guess he’s smarter then me.Fuck lifting today.

What’s fake sausage?

I had my chicken curry already and about to eat one more thing when I figure out what. Probably chicken wrap with salsa and hummus. Not sure what for the gym either today. I’ll have to look at my log and decide if treat it like a new week or light week.
 
Reminds me of that scene from step brothers haha. I had a bagel, 4 whole eggs, coffee with collagen protein. Hammered legs last night feeling it today. Plan to hit some cardio & arms today- it’s cold as fuck here as well I’ll keep my as indoors most of the day
 
No your taking outta context @Rusty,it has to be something worth while to call it a pussy.Now if my wife says the dishes need to be done and says she’ll do them,I will do them immediately just cause I do a better job,that’s how she gets me.
 
Going to try and eat some protein pancakes. Skipped gym yesterday and today too probably. Not quite right yet. No appetite and no energy.
 
My meals for the day RAW cabbage basically a tablespoon of rice and shrimp sautéed in olive oil. Then low carb protein shake morning and evening.
Round 85 grams carbs per day gonna carb cycle get this winter coat off l. I’m probably insulin resistant at this point. Will adjust as needed. Working out in AM 5 times week 20 min HIT. Per day
