Morning gentleman! Hit back this morning. Went light on dead lifts to work on form. Had some lean ground beef, 3 eggs, 2 slice mozzarella cheese, and some shrimp :muscle:t3:
Cardio this morning, already had Cheerios and Whey, next is 4 whites, 3 whole, and oats… after that 6.5 oz sirloin, 50 g basmati rice, 50 g corn 50 g beans… tonight probably chili that I made last night
Gym 5am, blasted my chest as it is International Chest day @Poppy . Protein shake (60g protein) vanilla mixed with black coffee from D&D. Lunch is gonna be leftover smokehouse wings. Dinner is whatever the wife decides to put together, probably salmon and asparagus.
Hahaha. You and @Poppy crack me up. Today biscuits gravy ( leftovers from weekend) bacon eggs yogurt coffee. Woke up this morning with snow. Wasn’t expecting it and had an hour and half drive to job site today so no time to prepare lunch. Only thing around was Panda Express yuck. Had a shitty lunch combo sesame chicken. Going to comply and do chest today. Dinner will be deer and salad to make up for shitty lunch.
Just done gym. This is late working out for me. Stupid working far from home. Can’t get more then six exercises in and am exhausted. Today three sets ten bench, pec deck, incline bench.
Three sets twelve shoulders. Lateral raises, rear delt flys, shoulder press.
Nothing left. Not at all like on cycle or even working out at 4 instead of 6. Crazy how much that schedule affects things.
