Good morning to all.Daughter has Bball game on way now,as assistant coach I can sat our girls will be lucky to be a .500 team,we shall see.Breakfast was egg sandwich protein shake bananna coffee water. Shotgun opens again today so my dad n I will be out this afternoon.Not lifting.
 
Leftovers and chickens and rice when I go to work. Still going strong on my nonsodas kick almost broke down while sick to get a sprite or something but Gatorade was the flavored drink probably just fo water here in forward
 
Ha ha…I have 1 8oz Pepsi in my fridge now for months,don’t know what I’m saving it for
 
So the team lost,18-12. Girls played good,our smallest girl is the most aggressive,I’ve taken a liking to her,I’m the right coach for the job of aggressiveness teaching and growing,she’ll be a monster in no time at all.
 
Just ate an orange and on my way to train legs. Will have a protein shake and banana after then some pork loin and soba noodles when I get to work

😂😂😂 they key to acceptance is admitting there’s a problem. Knowing you and your love for the cold… you probably are a little under dressed.
 
Only thing I seen was Mr.Black see him on a regular basis,up to no good as usual
 
It’s a lot different when I’m level on the ground with him,but don’t worry,I still charged him,and HE ran away.
