Hit back this morning! Hit 455 on deadlift. I’ve honestly never really deadlifted before but plan on sticking with it and pushing my self. Had egg whites, ground turkey and some mango a little bit ago
Breakfast was,2 cans of tuna with hotsauce,3pieces a toast,homemade strawberry jam,coffee water.
Lunch turkey white American on hoagie roll, lett, tomato, protein shake, bananna.
Doin legs later
Yeah! I’m pretty happy about it since I never really do it. I’m gonna stick with it twice a week tho and see how much I can get in 6 weeks since I got some time off from work
I do Romanian DL’s though and that is more than enough trauma for my lower back, and gets me a great hamstring and ass workout. But, I lift for aesthetic purposes and enjoy if I hit any PR’s in the process.
For the dead lifting do it twice a week one of them had to be lighter technique work insuck at that so I just do regualr once
And then sldl the other. It forces lighter weight
Gym at 5am, chest/shoulders. 60g protein shake after. 4 HB eggs and three yogurts throughout the day and black coffee. Dinner Spanish rice with ground turkey and refried chipotle bayo beans. One of my favorite dishes, it’s easy, delicious, and full of protein.
That’s a lot of weight for not doing them. Make sure your form is perfect or it’s gonna be injury city.
If you have someone that really knows how to do them have them watch you and record you from the side so you can see it.
Shoulders high and tight and straight back bar should cruise up and down your legs.
If you want to increase weight try doing deadlift pauses with just two plates and never set it down until you feel your self loosing form then drop it. That helped me strengthen my back and shoulders a lot so I could do more weight with good form.
I don’t touch dead’s anymore per my lower back. Am too old and broken for that stuff.
