Well breakfast cheese steak,steak,cheese pepper,protein shake,caprisun,water, coffee now.Lunch I’m not sure what I’m havin,tonight is TacoTuesday I always engorged when we do tacos,I just put it all in a bowl,so taco salad.Doin chest here in a bit.
Trained some back and rear delts. Having a protein shake with a few strawberries. Appetite has been dogshit since getting started sick last week. Having a steak bomb when I get to work.
I trained arms today, mostly supersets. Felt like shit from this virus but got a good pump and am very happy to have been able to train. Post workout I got a chicken breast, steamed rice and veggies, and terriyaki sauce. It was delicious! I love Terriyaki Madness!
