Good morning all.no gym,but I got some work today.Got a new therpist,1st session with her in 2 hours,the first ones always suck.Anyfuckinways,breakfast was 1 plain bagel,lightly toasted with cream cheese n grape jelly,4 turkey sausage,bananna,coffee and water.not sure about lunch.dinner will be garlic n pepper chicken risotto,and a salad,vanilla ice cream.Today I am grateful for the work have,even if it is only 4 days worth.Hope everyone has a smooth and productive day.
