Just counted my macros for my relatively simple diet I’ve been going through the last week. Dropped 3 kilos already feeling good. Just need to start adding some exercising after work 1.81 cm 115 kg so far. Thoughts on macros on these stats?

Yes definitely I believe that you should reach your goals on your protein and lower your carbs
I don’t see total calories but I would definitely change that to cut up and lose weight

Taking notes… Been also actually taken care of my self more recently been not doing that for a long time feeling a lot better it’s crazy how a simple change can act like a butterfly effect
 
Looks really solid to me.

Keep in mind that protein is something you can overeat a little safer than the other macros. Around 25-30 percent of calories from protein are lost to digestion (TEF- Thermic Effect of Food). If you eat 200g of protein that’s 800 calories. 800 x 30%= 240cals. That’s basically 2 miles of normal walking right off the top just to break the stuff down. This may be something you are already aware of though. If so, just ignore this post and move on. lol.

As @Poppy mentioned. Make it a lifestyle.

I always say to make sure it’s sustainable i.e., Something you can see yourself doing for the long term. If it’s not, there are many other ways to skin a cat.

The numbers look great though. You seem like you are feeling great and have made really good progress so far. Adding in training is going to up your game and add the stimulus needed to maintain LBM. Great job brother. Love the posts and the commitment. Keep it up.
