I’m thinking this is going to put you waayyyy ahead in your journey. You know what your body responds to positively and negatively already… not a complete noob in the game.

This will be interesting to see how everything (diet/training/supps/etc) morphs into its final protocol as you wind your way down this path.

Be smart. BBing can become such an “illness”.
Only on the last few years did I not follow it. I mean at your age I was getting articles and became an RN at 33. Up to 40, I definitely thought I was turning pro. Still, back then the was after parties, you had your west bbers and your bev Francis East coast, even in 2003 the wasn’t a big social media and mags still came out. Bikini saved BBing, but then instead of the state or regional show in November before national and a July show before the USA. Now there’s 10 state shows and the guys are making real money, still none getting to the bbers. Chris Cook ended my pro aspirations. There were many better than me. But Cook and rusty jeffers gains that year

Every day! I still always checked or went to shows and fuck, I could beat him or that guy. There was this time period when like Mike libertore won and the supers or heavy was disappearing. Up to 2015 was weak. 60 pro cards, I actually thought I was on the game! Bbers understand this. Seven years ago Derek Lunsford was a middleweight and didn’t win. Those years up to classic coming on was a lull
I would of still get smoked but I beat a few of those guys even though like it was their first show 😁. Then everyone blew up again, top ten became pros the next year or two. Have fun, listen to PHD. One guy. Your starting a journey that could be fun

I know a couple guys who worked with Milos and just absolutely blew their midsection out which is what I’m actively trying to avoid. He produces monsters there’s no doubt but I’m of the mindset high and regular lantus use over long periods of time leads to trouble. Which is why I’ll use GDA even add Metformin if needed on non lantus days.
 
Starting to see vascularity back in my leg. I have an outline of a quad again instead of just one massive tube of red hot and swollen. It’s Not quite so sore. Taking it easy until infection clears.

I hate taking antibiotics. But… I can only blame myself on this one.

His full protocol is not my bag. I actually got good results with the 5- 10,pre and post. And I might of done 5=with creatine or my drugs…no evidence based practice! My ADd brain really was saying, I’ve seen so many go from just a “TRT’ to competing, men and women, some ruining their physiques or quiting. Keep it fun, and you will, I wish I was A nurse at the time I was in the mix. Plus, you have other hobbies . I always add some of the experiences in " the 80s, 90s…” it was a subculture, now it’s more tame maybe. You looking great but you have a big frame to fill out. So get to it fellow Murse!
 
First day back in the gym. Doxy had shitting every 30 min and absolutely drained. Priority is getting gut settled down before pushing food and doses. Adding bone broth and aloe Vera juice to the regimen for the next week.

Buttttt got me down to 220. Haven’t seen that number since probably 2019. Feels good.
 
Slowly adding some carbs back to my diet. Starting a few days early but taking it slow post antibiotic. 70g of carbs from white rice at work last night and I felt like my stomach was gonna pop I was so full. Long way to go.
