Yup when I do a bulk I kind of do the vertical diet and honestly that’s helped with my digestion tremendously even the bloat is minimal. I think Stan efferding mentioned it having food with easy digestion processes & it does do me justice.

Feel like it’s just how your body reacts to certain stuff

I like spinach, carrots, and oatmeal for breakfeast when cutting. I eat a ton of fiber while cutting and no rice. Fiber fills you up

Oh man. My massing diet is absurd. I get up to 600-700 carbs a day. Wake up: eat a chocolate chip bagel, with strawberry jelly and orange juice. Snack time: ice cream sandwich with peanut butter. My wife hates me during that phase. She’s eating grilled chicken, or tuna packets and every day is thanksgiving for me.

I ate 600g on training days, i ate 200g oatmeal x2 daily and lots of white rice. Chicken broth with white rice and i can eat unlimited amounts of rice.

That’s my go-to trick, little broth with the rice helps it’s all go down easier. So easy when bulking up just have that as my carb source almost every meal haha. Oats fill me up too much and slow me down when I eat too many. Over 80g dry of oats and I’d be way too full for hours personally. Rice with broth I’ll be ready to eat again in an hour no problem, just digests so we’ll and so quick for me

I love oatmeal with the salted caramel protein powder and pb2 is great. The oatmeal makes my shits massive though from all the fiber.

I liked it man the digestion process was definitely cool for me, blood pressure might rise with the red meat and the fats part but just gotta adjust it. I loved the white rice and ground beef or steak meals lol, I grew up eating like that so it was neat. I know some people that can’t tolerate red meat though.

Yessir that’s what I’m doing right now, a lot of fiber, vegetables and sadly no rice.
